Horse Donations
Your horse can be part of Saddle Seat history!
The success of the 2010 International Saddle Seat World Cup is dependent on our ability to supply the best possible pool of outstanding horses for use during the competition.
Horses are selected by each team in a lottery-style drawing and coaches assign horse/rider combinations. All horses used in the event will be ridden by top saddle seat equitation riders who are quite capable of presenting your horse in a positive light.
All horses donated for use must be approved by the USWC Selection Committee which is comprised of top trainers and equitation experts.
Donating the use of a horse for the competition ensures it will receive high visibility, as the horses will be featured on our website as well as in a competition program. This is an excellent way to market a horse that you have for sale!
In addition, legitimate expenses incurred with the transport, care and use of your donated horse in relationship to the event are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the current tax laws. Please consult your tax professional for full details.
